The agreement
These terms govern use of adblitz.co and Ad Blitz lead programs. Submitting an application or purchasing a program means you accept them.
Programs and billing
Programs are monthly subscriptions unless stated otherwise. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is separate from Ad Blitz fees. You can cancel any month; cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
Exclusivity
Lead programs are exclusive to one client company per market and trade as defined in your program agreement. Territory definitions are part of that agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree to contact leads professionally, honor opt-outs, and comply with telemarketing and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Programs may be paused for abuse.
Liability
Ad Blitz provides marketing services, not guaranteed business outcomes, except where a written guarantee states otherwise. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
